Unfortunately, i don't think this is the theme files. All this contains is the original icons, etc.

Hey OMJ,
Maybe you can help me out, Im trying to correct this issue currently and I have got it to work with Skyfire, but Im looking for IExplore.exe from Windows Mobile (should be approximately 16K in size) If you have access to that file and can pass it my way I can try out a couple things and see if it works out to set the internet page to IE (or even Skyfire if that is your preference as well as MiniMo (mobile firefox))

I have moved from making carrier specific roms (though I'm w/ Sprint) and instead keeping them fairly generic....carrier specific apps can be added easily, and DCD has all the carrier cabs.

It just gets to be too much when everyone wants a Sprint, Alltel, Verizon, Bell....2x....custom & clean.

ok, version 2 will also have TCPMP....version 1 already has a flash included, but I'll test it out.

Kamikazyemt, I already experienced this problem and solved it by doing these simple steps:
1-##786#, Menu/Reset/Yes, reboot.
2-Flash with your OEM carrier's rom, let the customization runs.
3-Test your data connection, should work.
4-If you reflash with another carrier's rom, NEVER let the cust. runs!

Hope this will help you, otherwise you're welcome to talk about this in private to not bring/flood the forum with a side subject. Ciao!

If anyone is interested - there is a fix for the Opera in the internet page being default

go to here:

and follow the easy steps (replace Iexplore.exe with skyfire.exe or whatever browser exe you want to use - but in that file is IExplore.exe)

omj, or anyone who knows........i need to send a phone back for warranty replacement.... so i need to take imcokemans unlocker off.... heres what i did....downgraded to sprints 6.0 rom.....replaced the 2.31 unlocker with the 0.40..... then installed alltels latest 6.1 gps rom....... but had to flash the alltel rom twice cuz the first time, it only listed the radio version and osmething else on the first htc screen when u turn it on.... it had nothing in red on the left side and i knew it did before... it worked succesfully, but my question is, did i do that the right way? cuz i saw this on imcokemans post: WARNING: Attempting to downgrade after GPS (3.xx) upgrade can cause (at least as of now) bricking of devices (I have a dead mogul and vogue to prove it!) Also: titan GPS radio on vogue = bad idea

and if i understand that right, thats exactly what i did.... did i do it the right way? and if not did i just get really lucky not to brick my phone? this was the only way that made sense to me because i knew the 0.40 unlocker did not work with the gps readio and it did not have the write protection thing that 2.31 unlcoker has..... btw, the sprint rom i used to downgrade was this one: RUU_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_1.12.651.1_2.13.00_SPC_NV133_ Ship
