some folks have evdo rev.a networks from other carriers in their area, when their primary carrier has not yet upgraded their network

thus, by forcing roaming, the use the other carriers network and as a result, are able to achieve much higher network throughput and response time

I downloaded it and ran it fine on my cooked ROM. Not sure what difference it will make though... lol...

a big difference after running the ppst cab. my gps locks almost instantly with vets rom. apparently once you run the ppst .exe it puts info in the radio that allows it to perform better. you should try it. it works great with me.

you're talking about running ppst on a custom rom right? should we run it on this rom?

ot does it automatically if you flash the new sprint rom to a sprint phone. only run it if you flashed a custom rom to your phone as it adds additional info to the radio.

I have both Spb Backup 2.0 and Sprite Backup 6... Both claim to have the ability to backup and restore to updated ROMs, but I am loath to try this. Has anyone put either of these backup softwares to the test with the new Sprint ROM?
