Registry Settings If Above Didn't Fix It:

You Will Need A Registry Editor For This
Go into the registry and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Arcsoft/Arcsoft MMS UA/Config/mm1/Wspheader and change the following:

X-VzW-MDN: "YOUR NUMBER HERE"
Accept-Charset: us-ascii;utf-8;iso-10646-ucs-2;ISO-8859-1 (You should only have to erase the last 2 semi colons)
wap-Profile: http://uaprof.vtext.com/utstar/xv69k/xv69kv1.xml
User-Agent: utstar69kv1

Hi! My ROM is working. Would you please add this to the MMS hints:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI
and changed the key
EnableServerEdit from 0 to 1

This took me forever to figure out how to unlock the server settings to change them... Just good for anyone else stuck.
