Unbricking Vogue / and downgrading SPL

Can anyone tell me how I get rid of Coke 2.31 and lock my rom so that it looks factory again? I want it to look like the day I bought it so I can send back to Bell for a replacement. I have searched the site and I am unable to find the link to remove the coke as that keeps coming up when I hit my power button and camera button at the same time. Sorry if this has already been asked.

I just received my new sprint touch and went to upgrade to the official rom. It got stuck in bootloader mode and would not come out. It failed on my computer to load properly.

I thought all was lost but read the Unbricking thread and so I followed that. I had never used the coke unlocker to this point. I did what it said and downloaded and renamed the voguimg.nbh so it would say loading...

then I downloaded the official rom and extracted. Renamed and put on sd - said loading then checking - went thru some stuff with check marks but stopped on cdma - then said error installing can't update rom????

Please help me!

Update...I reformatted my 512 card and then recopied all to it. That did the trick - for some reason it didn't like the fact that I copied stuff on it then deleted. Thanks to all who help us out! Your awesome.

Ooops, not sure why I was thinking telus when you clearly said Telecom NZ I don't think they actually did release a rom, that's not good news. The only thing i can think of as to why this happened is that you ran the custom rom install before the device was truly unlocked (from the Soft bootloader). That means you still have your stock SPL and with that SPL there isn't much you can do without a shipped rom from your carrier

I had the exact problem, i have a 2 gig micro sd card... and wondering why i kept getting that message... my card was formatted in fat32... i had to do a quick format again on it and lost all my data but it works on it now...

i used a micro sd in a micro sd to SD adapter and then plugged it into my sd reader.

- I did this... In fact I took out my memory card and reformatted through vista to Fat32. Then loaded the file onto my memory card & nothing...

What am I doing wrong??? ANy ideas?

Im concerned it may have something to do with my previous unlocker == it still reads vogu100 SPL 2.01.1000

I will retry the steps but if anyne could help I would appreciate it?? I am getting a bit nervous here.... In fact very nervous.

Is there a hard reset involved. Do I reconnect my phone to the pc??

i am at this stage now... still says 2.01... doesnt seem to load new rom... it says loading... but no percentage... its been like that on my signed verizon rom for about 8 hours now. (slept and left it over night.)

having same issue... when i try a sprint stock rom.. it says not allowed..

i have verizon so i tried the verizon signed one... and it just stays at Loading... no progress bar at all...

just says loading right after the 4 or 3 color screen

spl 2.01...

any ideas?

i have this exact same issue.... tried... everything... probably spent 50 hours plus reading and trying everything

There was no shipped verizon rom so that won't work. People have had success for verizon by jsut using the exitbl steps and booting back into the original OS. See the Stuck in Titan Bootloader thread for info on how to get out (same steps for vogue)

i tried this, now the phone boots up but says DETTE clean rom no radio..

i gotta find a rom that works with this spl 2.01

anyone know of a rom that works with spl 2.01?

You need to flash the unlocker completely first. once you get to OS you can do that and your SPL should then show 2.31. From there you can flash the radio and any custom rom desired.
