If you have tried the two methods, one being loading the NBH on the storage card and then the MTTY - you may have really bricked your phone. Mine was stuck at the color screen showing similar to what you had. I tried to the NBH on the storage card trick and no matter if I tried to get into bootloader or not, it would keep at the color screen. I did the MTTY and did those two commands and it finally booted into WM 6, but with no radio. I did the ALLTEL upgrade and it fixed everything. You may want to pull your battery out for a few minutes, make sure your Activesync USB connections are disabled, and then plug your battery back in. Plug it up to your PC and then turn your phone on. Once this is done, run the MTTY and select the USB under the COM port drop down. Press ok, and you should successfully get the command prompt. You will have to type in the first CMD command twice to get it to work.

Hi,
I installed 2.31 unlocker and now i cant wake up the phone from standby
i tried everything in this thread, and cannot get back to the original SPL
everytime i try the bootloader it goes to the 2.31
i have the original sprint rom on the phone, and everythign is back to default settings, except the bootloader, anybody have any ideas?

FINALLY it works again (for now). does anyone know what cuases this with the unlocker and or what is the fix if any?

My phone does not display any loading. Now my SD card is not newly formatted. It is already in Fat32, but does it have ot be newly formatted with only that file on there?

Is it less than 2gb? If its the stock 512 they don't come FAT32

could someone help?!?!?!!? im back to original spl-2.01.0000 on verizon xv6900. i got the stock rom loaded on a 1gb microsd card and it hangs in "loading......." never does anything. tried mtty and closed all of activesync stuff, usb doesnt show up though! help please!!!!!!!

That is a minor detail I did not see. It is 2GB actually.

now heres my question, Can i format the card if I have it in another phone? I am running Vista as well.

Easiest way is to use a card reader. No idea if you can format the cards when they're in a phone.

I'm tapped out of Ideas, I did this tut over 3 times, for the last hour.

I used the 512 which is formated for fat32. I cannot get it to show Loading.... I just got this phone less than 10 days ago, so maybe I can go there and just tell them the phone did that the next day. Nothing on here shows that it has been modded. The SPL is 2.01.10000 and Everything else looks default.

There is no signed carrier rom for Verizon so you can't do this trick. The rom I posted for verizon is a dumped one which breaks the signature so it can only be loaded on unlocked devices. 2.01 isn't stock for verizon (its the one from the alltel upgrade), but it is a stock SPL which means it will only load shipped roms from your carrier (locked to phone's CID and Signature is checked).
