If you have tried the two methods, one being loading the NBH on the storage card and then the MTTY - you may have really bricked your phone. Mine was stuck at the color screen showing similar to what you had. I tried to the NBH on the storage card trick and no matter if I tried to get into bootloader or not, it would keep at the color screen. I did the MTTY and did those two commands and it finally booted into WM 6, but with no radio. I did the ALLTEL upgrade and it fixed everything. You may want to pull your battery out for a few minutes, make sure your Activesync USB connections are disabled, and then plug your battery back in. Plug it up to your PC and then turn your phone on. Once this is done, run the MTTY and select the USB under the COM port drop down. Press ok, and you should successfully get the command prompt. You will have to type in the first CMD command twice to get it to work.
