Unlockers for Custom Roms on Vogue 2.31(GPS) and 0.40(nonGPS)

The FTP link to Vogue_unlocker.exe for 0.40 unlocker is dead. I need to restore my phone for the warranty. Could someone fix the link?

Please help, i have never Unlocking the Device (HardSPL) sucessfully, i using window7 installed WMDC ,i have donwloaded the Vogue_unlocker_MFG_2.31.zip, the thing i do was:
1.right click on the 2.31 unlocker and run as administrator
2.the prompted screen appear with " connect your device via activesync before continuing ,press any key to continue
3.after that " The next step will be to load a temporary SPL to ram with JumpSPL ,press any key to continue
4.You must disconnect and reconnect the device at this time, press any key to continue (but at this time the pda screen become white )
5.the ruu screen appear, at the ruu screen ,i have make a 2 tick>>> "Verifying the information on your PDA.. Please Wait">> ERROR[260]:connection>> only choice is press exit

Please help, which procedure i have done wrong?

I haven't been able to unlock my touch. I am using 2.31 unlocker, I run the RUU.exe and get up to the point where the phone shows the gray screen with the %bar. But it stays at 0% and after a few minutes a get Error 262.

I have already re-flashed to my stock ROM, but same results. I have tried on Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, and on Windows XP Pro 32-bit. Same results.

I too am having that exact same problem on a new "refurbished" phone from Sprint. Any ideas?
Running Active sync on XP, works ok, recognizes the device, then extract the coke 2.31 unlocker to a folder, run the ruu, and blink. 262 error.
OK EDIT:

Run the EXE, don't extract it. Redacting my dumbassness...

So I was having the same problem. I updated my phone to the new radio via HTC website and couldn't get the unlocker to work. It was exhibiting the same problem as you.

Eventually I ran Vogue_unlocker.bat instead of ROMUpdateUtility.exe from windows (i'm using win7 64-bit) instead of the boot loader screen. That vogue.unlocker.bat puts the device into that mode itself, then asks you to unplug then replug the device. I also go those sleep.exe errors 4 times but it still worked.

Cody Bear's instructions were to put the phone into boot mode manually before running that util but you only need to do that after you unlock and put NFSfan's ROM. Like I said the .bat file does it by itself.

Hi there! I'm kind of a noob; but I understand what to do and how to use the unlocker. But I have a problem. Each time when I try to unlock my phone, at the step when you must disconnect and reconnect the phone, my phone just freezes up and the screen turns white... After that I have to remove the battery from the phone and turn the phone on again. Can someone PLEASE help me with this. Am I doing something wrong????
