Unlockers for Custom Roms on Vogue 2.31(GPS) and 0.40(nonGPS)

I have a Bell Mobility Vogue. When I do camera-power-reset and get the RGB screen, it shows SPL-2.01.0000

I've tried to use the unlocker many times and it will not get past the "disconnect and reconnect" stage. I cannot get it to connect again. I try disconnecting, resetting into winMo, reconnecting activeSync and then proceeding - no luck. I also try not disconnecting at all - also no luck. How can I get this to work? I've also tried loading other roms and not unlocking, it also does not work.

How can I fix this?

Damn -- HELP!?

I get to the part where I have the 3 color screen - SPL-2.00.coke
CPLD-3

Tells me to disconnect and reconnect, so I unplug the USB, count to 10, plug it back in. Active sync wont' connect now to finish!!

ON xp64 if that matters - and FYI the "sleeps" at the beginning of the program don't work on 64...

You've got the same problem as me. I'm on the Windows 7 beta, so I thought maybe if I did it on XP it would work - but I hear that you're on XP and it still doesn't work, so now I'm really disheartened.

Can anyone help us? We can't be the only one who get this problem. Everything is done step by step - it just doesn't reconnect!

ok.
seems that you can COMPLETE that process. RIght up to the point where it says "if you want to install a rom, hit control c or close this window". Then the OS reboots and installs... but DAMN IT - now it will not connect to active sync! Not at ALL!

I had the exact same issue on my laptop with XP. But something told me to try it on my desktop with Vista, and it worked perfectly!!

YIPPEE! Now my boyfriends vogue has some features with NSFAN's rom that I don't even have on my diamond custom rom.

NOOB here,

i have the 6.1 upgrade on my xv6900 and have my data plan blocked. If I use the Cokemans 2.31 unlocker and install the GPS rom will it work? I see diff. things about having to have your data plan and not. Thanks for any help guys.

You do not need a data plan to unlock using this unlocker.. You will be fine.. Since your data is blocked via VZW not your phone I assume?

Ok first I run the (gps) Vogue Unlocker on my vzw Vogue; do i need to next install a certain radio before I install the diamond v.5 custom rom? Ok, then is it after this that I install the modified carrier cab? Will my sms wap mms settings be in place after the install? Thanks for the walk thru!

I have Data blocked. Thanks for the reply.

I know I can unlock it, but will 3rd party apps like google maps tomtom and whatnot work still(I know that the maps and everything will bestored on the phone, I just don't know exactly about how the sat. talks with the phone... just wanna make sure verizon won't get me!!!)

Question i bought a unlocked vogue on ebay and am trying to attach it my account sprint is telling me they cant that it has been set to another network. do i have to relock the phone in order to get them to set it up on my account?
