but uh I am pretty darn sure that trying to flash it while its half booted will have no affect, though I suppose it couldn't hurt to try.

when you say that you have it in a direct usb port on the pc and LT...what are you referring to with LT? sorry...

well be sure to keep us posted on whats going on! truly sorry that I cant currently offer more help, but as usual i will keep up with this thread as much as i can and offer any other ideas that i come accross.

Until Verizon actually ships a signed rom there isn't too much you can to from a 0.36 bootloader. all the tools to edit it to run signed roms require an MFG spl (2.01 which many had from attempting GPS worked) or booting to the OS. In short since you can't get a different SPL or boot into the OS I don't have any magical ideas on this one.

Ouch, well thanks for the response; I've had a couple brain storms and I'm running those ideas down. I'll let you guys know if I come up with anything, however based on your post it maybe VzW store trip time again...
