I *just* finished on the Asurion site filing a claim for water damage and theyre shipping an HTC7380 (TP2).

My TP2 is on the way also. Filed a claim 2/1/10 and checked every couple days to see what the replacement was. Yesterday it switched from TP in stock to TP2 new in box replacement.

TP2 on the way, just filed a claim online and HTC 7380 aka TP2 is offered as replacement. =D

Well, mine was shipped this morning, and it shows as 1 pound...I have a feeling its a refurb. I hope it comes with a battery lol

Mine is shipping this morning and is new 1 LB. Check you email that you used when you filed claim it will tell you what it will be new kitted or refb.

hmm mine said 1lbs when it first left but now that its near my city it says 3lbs!
fyi i had a TP II new kitted CK

Mine says 1lb, if it a refurb, i hope it come with a batt, but i hope i get the same as u
