Question everyone. How can I tell if sprint is sending me a refurb TP2? On the UPS website, the package shows up as 1.8 lbs. Does this mean refurbished or NIB?

You're not missing much! I got mine today as well. New, no refurb. But unlike the TP1, there is neither a case, nor an SD card. Other than software and paperwork, there is the phone, charger, extra stylus, screen shield, and USB. If I were you, I'd make sure they left the SIM card inside!!

I would think so also, but really don't care at this point. Just glad I will be able to say goodbye to the TP1. Really like the phone, just not all the baggage that comes with it.

HEY! Im going in to Sprint in 30 min to have them check out my TP1, its freezing, shutting down automatically, doesnt boot now, and doesnt recieve calls. What are my possibilities of getting a TP2 instead of a TP1 refurb? How can I do it? Please respond quickly? lol
