Re: Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!
I hope this does not jinx me, I wasn't going to post anything until it was confirmed. Yesterday morning after having missed call issues with a refurb. I called sprint and was transferred to Multiple Device Exchange, he had to converse with manager and call me back to ok a replacement device. Told him the keyboard, touch, wm, blah blah. He called back asked if a TP1 would be ok and I asked what else he had and he said I was approved for a TP2 if I wanted. I agreed, problem is he didn't have an order # for me because his manager had to put it in. I still don't have a confirm email. Should I call sprint and follow up or am I just being impatient? I don't want a fleeting opportunity to pass me by.

I would call and just ask the regular CS rep to tell you what the last couple of notes on your account say. The manager "should have" put a note saying what they were doing. Good luck!

Re: Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!
I received a new one. The refurbished units were OOS, so the tech ordered a NIB. He was even nice enough to send it to my house since I wasn't in my hometown.

That's cool. I thought about that after I left the store. But the store is not too far from my house though. So you got to keep your TP?
