I've always had better luck working with people on the phone then the folks at the tyson store. If you do get a touch pro 2, please PM me and let me know how you convinced them.

Anyone know if the TP2's are back in stock? I tried on friday and got shot down. I was waiting until they were no longer back ordered before I tried again.

I tried to get a TP2 or Tour for my broke *** TP yesterday(the keyboard is legitimately broken), brought that memo in and everything and they said "the computer" would only let me select between a Curve and a Treo Pro because they were the only things in stock. Oh well, I have a feeling the next TP will break before my year is up.

I just returned from the corporate store/repair center in downtown KC. At first the repair tech said because I didn't have enough "trouble tickets" on my phone now that they'd repair it by replacing the keyboard, but since he was OOS on the parts they'd just order another TP1 (refurb) for a replacement. I said I don't want a refurd as a replacement for a new phone, can I talk to a manager? The tech came back after about 5 min and said "good news.. we can go ahead and replace it with a different phone". So he named off several BB and then the HTC Snap. I said "doesnt HTC have a new Touch Pro?" and the tech said "yeh, theres the TP2 as well; however my screen isnt showing the TP2 as an available replacement right now" and he showed me the screen. The Sprint Warehouse Inventory column had "no" for the TP2. So the tech said he'd watch the inventory and if/when the TP2 became available he'd call.
