i just called sprint and i have to say their customer service is terrible. i have been a customer for 6 years and have always raved about their CS but i honestly just got a customer service robot. to top that off he had a real hard time with english. its just annoying.

I've been with Sprint for 11yrs. I had good service and bad service. I still wouldn't trade Sprint for A.V or T. Yes, you have some issue but with customer service Rep's but if you don't like what you hear then hang up and call back to speak to another Rep or the previous Rep's supervisor.
