TP ROM screen

I had a problem with my phone (calling and messaging) but I fixed it by installing a file (http://ppcgeeks.com/forum.ppcgeeks/s...ad.php?t=29190). But now there is no internet and I absolutely need it. I called the tech support and they told me to soft and hard reset. It didn't help so they told me the best thing is to give it to them for a repair. However over the course on my ownership of the phone I installed numerous ROMs, and even after hard resetting and installing Bell's dumped ROM, I have this screen before everything else starts to load. Is there any way to remove this image. I'm afraid they won't repair the phone is they see that I tampered with it.
