How to change date format in file explorer?

Greetings. Does anyone know how to to change the date format in file explorer? I'm used to it being mm/dd, but with the rom im using (dcd wm6.5) the format is set up as dd/mm. It's not a huge deal, it's just a matter of personal preference.

I posted my question here rather in the rom thread itself, hoping it would get more views. Thx guys.
