TP ROM screen
 

I had a problem with my phone (calling and messaging) but I fixed it by installing a file (http://ppcgeeks.com/forum.ppcgeeks/s...ad.php?t=29190). But now there is no internet and I absolutely need it. I called the tech support and they told me to soft and hard reset. It didn't help so they told me the best thing is to give it to them for a repair. However over the course on my ownership of the phone I installed numerous ROMs, and even after hard resetting and installing Bell's dumped ROM, I have this screen before everything else starts to load. Is there any way to remove this image. I'm afraid they won't repair the phone is they see that I tampered with it.

Put it in bootloader and flash the stock rom again.

Thanks a lot this file worked, however putting it in bootloader didn't. I still have some numbers when booting but can't remember if they are supposed to be there for Bell.

These are the same red numbers I had on the first screen but you couldn't see them because of the reflection.

yeah those red numbers are the radio and rom info etc. i have them as well.

Thanks again! I think I'm almost ready to return the phone. One last question though. To relock it, can I use this file (Raphael_CDMA_Relocker.zip) http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503 or is it just for sprint?
