Re: [new edits]So You Want To Use Your TP As A Modem??? Here Ya Go!! Your Main Option

Hey all, I've got a question(Just to show how much of a novice I am)!! I an using ICS on sprint TP but it seems to not work correctly. . . .
1) It gets to saying 'Waiting for network' on the internet sharing screen.

2) When I look at my PCs connection it shows up but the speed is 8,00 bytes up but only 512bytes down. which isn't enough to surf . . . .(Why a connection limiter!!!!)

The phone itself can connect to the internet and I can use the browser, but the ICS leaves me this way. I tried that tethering cab but it didn't make a difference so I'm a little lost. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for thinking about it!

Here is one I use. I connect blue-tooth and use phone as modem. I enter as the phone number #777 for sprint. Works flawlessly, and its super easy to connect.

WMWIFI has an option to select Sprint over phone as modem... and it doesnt need a reg hack to function...

WMWIFI is a great app if your thinking about it... i reccomend it..and i also use it daily myself...actually, im usin it now lol...

ive been using it since about january/feburary, no charges,no phone calls from sprint, no worries...
