I'm not sure I understand what differentiates one ROM from the next. When I went to Calkulin's and eRice's Kitchen to "build an OS" there were lots of options/apps to check and load into the OS. If other ROM builders like mighty mike, KK, Juicy or whatever are just using the same kitchens (or ones just like those) how are their ROMs different from one that I could built myself?
I too, use my phone most for work and as a "phone" but seeing all the cool apps in the iPhone commercials makes me want some of those as well.
