Try Stmartlock. It works very well with wm6.5 and runs as a windows service in the background. It still got some bugs like double locking but works most of the time. Search on XDA for download.

I'll agree here, I am using PS with merdin's newest 6.5 ROM & it works perfectly & totally eliminates any ring delay also.

sorry to bring up an old thread guys but does anyone know of any programs that would do this for NRGs latest (Energy.HERMAN.23529.Sense2.1.17.Feb.2010.rar)? all im looking for is to automatically lock when ever i put the screen to sleep and have the unlock screen appear soon as i turn the screen back on
