if not under programs, then use file explorer and browse to windows folder. look for album.exe and select copy....then browse to windows (u shlould already be there)-start menu-programs then paste ur shorhtcut there. rename as you want it to say.

Mine stopped working too. It was working up until Sunday. Anyone else? I'm on Sprint of course. I can see my pictures on the picturemail website, but they are not being pushed to my phone. Just tried to send myself a pic to my yahoo e-mail and also is not showing up. Sprint start blocking Arcsoft again? =(

same here,. I sent a picture last night and it took a hour to get there.

Arcsoft is working fine for me... but over the last few days picturemail (as in, the Sprint MMS service itself) is slow as hell.

I sent myself a pic last night and still have not received it this morning. This is very frustrating. I soft reset my phone as well with no luck.

Well, for me (at least) it has nothing to do with my phone or arcsoft... they're taking a long time (1-2 hours) to show up in my PM inbox on the website. As soon as they show up there, though, I get it on my phone immediately.

I did the blackberry fix, turn off and removed the battery. Pictures are starting to trickle in now. Amazing how many quirky problems the battery trick fixes.
