1. go to your MAIL tab, Menu/Accounts 2. When your list of accounts is showing click Menu/Options 3. Highlight the account in question and click "edit account set up" 4. Keep clicking "next" until you get the page that says "automatic Send/Recieve"... at the bottom says "Advanced Settings" click that and you have the drop down box to keep messages on server.

Re: Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS
My problem is fixed. I finally gave up and hard reset my TP and my MMS works fine now! I'm thinking that the older version not uninstalling was the culprit. Anyways, thanks to everybody that tried to help me.

You might get more exposure to the community if you start your own thread around this topic. Talking about this in a thread that has nothing to do with it may be hindering the amount of views you need to get the answer you're searching for. Just a thought!

Re: Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS
Those settings look good to me for the most part. I'm not sure if I should have, but I changed the photo resolution to VGA. That's the only change I personally made.

Re: Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 From Sprint With Threading MMS
How long has this been happening? Have you contacted Sprint? I had this happen before and they told me it was the network. Once they fixed whatever was wrong, it never happened again *knock on wood*
