Well, for me (at least) it has nothing to do with my phone or arcsoft... they're taking a long time (1-2 hours) to show up in my PM inbox on the website. As soon as they show up there, though, I get it on my phone immediately.

Figured something was going on with Sprint. All of my pics have been going thru immediately before last night.

I did the blackberry fix, turn off and removed the battery. Pictures are starting to trickle in now. Amazing how many quirky problems the battery trick fixes.

Wow!!! you could receive pictures without your battery in the phone??? I think we need to call the Fringe division, because that is definitely abnormal!

Same thing happens for me...

Things I have tried:

-Uninstall/reinstall process 6 times now.
-Reinstalled Spriint Picture Mail cab.
-Spent about an hour on the phone with Sprint CS, tech support and adv. tech support. Ended with them telling me I had to hard reset.

What I have noticed is that even with the Sprint Picture Mail app, I can only send, not receive. Website works fine. I am running the stock rom with MS3 (do not think that has any relevance).

For those having trouble with Arcsoft, has anyone else tried reinstalling Sprint Picture Mail to see if that works? I realize it will work poorly, but does it allow you to receive pictures? Maybe this is an issue with the phone/network receiving picture mail, not this application?

Trying the reinstall again.

1. I uninstalled Arcsoft and reset
2. The I ran the Remover from the first post 3 times. It was able to install each time.
3. Soft reset.
4. Installing again in a minute.

I'm using WAD right now, instead of TF3D. And I noticed all day yesterday, I have a "Phantom" email notification, but none of my account had an email. As soon as I did the install, it was gone.
