Verizon Enhanced Text Messaging RESOLVED - Page 4

Well its not the phone because I can send/receive text messages over 160 characters from other Windows Mobile phones. But if I send/receive a text message over 160 characters from a Non Windows Mobile phone I only get the first 160 characters and then receive a second text with the errors stated in post #1.

is your phone a Sprint or Verizon

so is it resolved or what???....3 threads and it doesnt even work.....hmmmmm maybe we should change the title to stop confusion....IMO

As far as I can tell it hasnt been resolved for the Verizon TP..Not sure about Sprint..

I was getting excited, now I feel let down. I hope someone helps us resolve this problem soon, it drives me crazy!

I just tried it & it's a no go.

I have a Sprint TP, SSK ROM, Verizon service.

From my sons XV6800 the texts come through just fine in multi-parts.

From his girlfriends enV, the error still occurs.........
