yeah that is really annoying - my old XV6700 didnt do this, it just broke it up into two messages and showed them both to me. for some reason it seems we are going backwards in text messaging technology. please post the solution!

Ok the problem is that HTC and a lot of the phone makers out there automatically disable the option and in HTC's case completely leave out the registry entry so.....
Navigate to HERE: Step 1 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SMS\TextShare d you will find something in there that says: ab (default) (value not set) if its there then ignore it and if its not there then dont worry about it. Step 2 add a DWORD Value of this below EMSHandlerInstalled DWORD Data is 1 and Base is DEC on the radial button. SOFT REBOOT AND ENJOY PEEPS |
