The people who run it just added a pretty large list of features, one of them being "unlock on ring" so when your phone starts to ring, it'll automatically unlock, revealing your slide-to-answer.
Wow, never thought of trying that with the new S2A. Thanks!

Do you need to disable PS first?

What does this change do??

The latest version of PS runs so well for me (especially after calibrating the light sensor) that I can't imagine how it would "run better" How exactly does it run better??

I am not being a d!ck (& I'm not saying you're wrong either), I'm just curious..

I tried that & it works perfectly.

I ended up switching back to the PocketShield s2a as I much prefer the top down slide to answer/ignore but either way works fine.

Errm?

That registry change will only make your unlock via light sensor too sensitive. The LSEN value is the number in lumens (or higher) the light sensor must see to unlock. My TP's lowest light sensor value is 7.something, so changing LSEN to 1 would just mean it will always immediately unlock no matter what.

This change shouldn't have any effect on the speed or anything of that sort of PocketShield.

Yea, I was thinking the same thing. The latest version that has the light sensor calibration in it opens almost instantly when it senses light, I can't imagine ANYBODY thinking it wasn't fast enough.

When I first installed this new version, it was opening so fast I didn't think it was working at first.

At this point, I don't think any other locking program holds a candle to PocketShield unless you absolutely refuse to use any software that isn't free.

Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?

Thanks to everyone pointing out that PS has come a long way. I installed it again and it seems to be a winner!

I wanted something with a center button unlock and having the default wm skin and volume control makes not using the htc dialer tolerable as I was missing too many calls with the ring delay on the htc dialer.

Glad to see you've seen the light

I am pretty cynical when it comes to laying out money for apps for these phones, but this is one I've actually bought, and I'm extremely happy with it.

Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?

I'm using TouchLockPro. Version 2.2.2 works perfectly for me.

Never used any locking program with my Titan because I had the plastic "hip clip" that covered the screen & buttons so I never had that problem with it. So I don't know what S2U2, Throttlelock or any other is like. Biased I guess....
