Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?
I use SensorLock. It uses the G Sensor to unlock. You can set it to just lock the touchscreen without sending the phone to sleep. Useful for watching long videos or movies!

Touch Lock Pro... no issues, seems to work fine (for me)

Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?
I have used all these apps in my TP & all I use now is Pocketshield.
I always loved s2u2 in previous systems but could never get it to work right in my TP (& I tried multiple versions). I thought Throttle Lock was the answer until it occasionally refused to unlock on an incoming call & caused me to miss the call totally. PocketShield was buggy in earlier versions, but the newest version is awesome. I LOVE its slide to answer/ignore feature & some of its other options. ~John |

Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?
Once again you guys amaze me. I never heard of Pocketshield until this post and it is amazing so far. I am going to give it a try. I have been using S2U2, but just seems buggy for me for some reason.

Re: su2u vs throttle lock what works better on TP?
Quote:
TouchLockPro doesn't cover the display, so you get whatever view you had up when you shut off, for me that's usually the home display, which is almost identical to what you get with s2u2, so no need for s2u2. TLP works for me to prevent pocket dial/pickup, but it unlocks if it detects light, or stylus, or kybd slide out... so for me 90% of the time it just unlocks at the right time w/o me doing anything. I can one-hand thumb tap it to unlock if its too dark ![]() But hey, don't use em if you don't need em. |

I like the S2U2 because of the calendar on the screen. It works good for me. It might have a problem here and there nothing to get rid of it for.
