This is what happened to me my first month also, i had 3.60 charge. I shouldve known something was wrong because i was still able to access my old voicemail and the new one. When I called back and they fixed it, instantly when I called my number, which was of course my old voicemail number, I instantly got a message saying this is not a sprint recognized voicemail, which means it was now set up correctly. Like the post says try at your own risk, anyone who set it up correctly is definitely not getting charged.

Yeh thats key, if u can still access your old voicemail, they didnt do it right. So call them back. When u call ur voicemail should go right to Phonefusion
