jupiter when you dial your phone number from your cell phone do you get this is not a recognized mailbox? I get 8312000200 is not a recognized voicemail number.

when i dial my number , it doesnt ring, it goes straight to my phonefusion voicemail

if u get that error, that probably means u didnt set up your account right on the other end at phonefusion. did you type in your cell phone number as the destination number on phonefusion site?

really? thats strange if its working perfectly for u. but a good thing at least

normally thats a sign that it doesnt know where to route the phone call to (because its not on the list of destination numbers)

I think you miss understood me. so your new voicemail number is 8132000200, if you want to access your voicemail you dial that number. Before when you wanted to access your voicemail, you would dial whatever # your cell phone # is. So i'm asking when you dial your cell phone # from your cell phone what message do you get?
What you are refferring to is on the phonefusion side, i'm referring to your oldvoicemail number. you can still dial that number and what do you get?
