this just happened to me as well.... did you have to have insurance in order to get a new one? i have had mine for 40 days and do not have insurance. thanks

damn i thought i was the only one with this problem.i orderd my touch pro on the phone on november 1st and got it on the 5th.the lights on the keyboard turn on but nothing works.

Well...I tried a hard reset, and its still broken.
I called Sprint customer service this morning, and my new phone will be on its way soon. Of course its on back order, so it won't get shipped out for about 10 days. Thank god for the on screen keyboard. They wanted me to go to a Sprint repair center, but I explained that I am abotu a 2 hour drive from the nearest one, and the rep byp***** that step for me and went straight to sending me a new phone. I am glad this whole process was made as painless as possible. |

Try using TouchPal for your onscreen KB, get used to that & you might not even care if the hardware KB works.
I use TP & have never used the hardware KB once in my TP........ ~John |
