This sux. I bought my Touch Pro november 28th from a Sprint Corporate store for $299.99. I'm waiting for a replacement because my keyboard is messed up. The Sprint Store didn't/doesn't have any in stock, so they ordered one through TEP (hopefully it's not a refurb). It's been over ten days and it still hasn't shipped and the store says it's backordered. I want to give them the phone back and go to best buy, but I'm sure that would be a huge mess.

I've already had a few credits from retentions because I had a lot of trouble for the first 10 days of service (bad port from old carrier), and a free airave (hardly any service at my house), so I'm not sure how receptive they would be to me asking for a price match after the fact.

Sprint online out of stock.

When they first had the TP about a month ago, I went to bestbuy they said I didn't qualify for 2yr deal.


Went to bestbuy thinking they probably ran out of TPs since today is friday.
To my surprise they had it in stock and upgraded me to 2yr contract before mine was up and gave me the TP for the $200

Dam what a leap from my old Apache been using!

i picked one up too. but so far, i am not impressed with the speed of it. the touchflo3d looks nice, but other standard functions (like scrolling with the bar) seem a bit jerky for my liking.

HTC Touch Pro at Sprint $199...

I went into my local Sprint store Monday and saw that it was $299 (I think). I told them that I was just going to go to Best Buy because of the 199.. The matched it there in the store with NO problem. No wait for mail in rebate. all instant. $207 and change out the door. Yay!

1> Do you think they'll let me upgrade from mogul to TP on SERO while only being 8 months in contract?

2> Will they give me the $199 price if I add another line?
