Good luck trying to ADD SERO (ans no, I'm not talking about the old one, but the new one) if you buy this phone from Best Buy. I spent 2 hours on the phone being pa ssed around and around. They kept telling me I needed to buy one from Telesales or sprint.com/sero to get it, but they are unavailable from there. Someone finally got me Free & Clear 1000 with unlimited text, data, and picture mail for $40. I didn't even ask for that stuff, as I had just wanted the Everything Plus 500 plan, but he said he'd just give it to me since he couldn't figure out how to put me on SERO. They sent an email confirmation of the plan change, but not the txt/data. I hope it sticks.

Wow, I saw this on online yesterday morning and ran to best buy with the quickness and got mine. The price was up to. No problems for me Best Buy is the best.

This isn't at a best buy around me...the one I called said they'd match it but that ones an hour out from me. What are a few numbers I could call to verify this to sprint?

edit: and is there a clearer copy of this if sprint gives me a hard time?

I bought mine on Nov. 20 and this saved me $100.00 so friggin awesome. I jsut went in and showed my receipt...Thanks for posting this guys you saved me a benjamin!

On pg 16 of this thread I give a link that you can search for the Touch Pro, and the deal is shown online... So it does show up on the internet...

it's online, so they have to match it... if u go to the store it should say 199 on the slip in front of the model.
to make sure go to bestbuy.com and then store locator.. type in ur zip code then on the store ur going to click on weekly ad on the search info

I went to BB today and while my friend was picking up his blackberry curve. I was able to return both my Touch Pro, purchased on Nov. 1 for $229 and they resold them back to me at $199. BB FTW!!!

ugh.. ok.. my problem seems to stem from me buying an Instinct this past summer.. I purchased, then returned within a day or 2, but had to keep the horrible contract ..

now they're saying they have no proof that i don't still have that phone(i'm using a vogue at the moment)..

Anyone have an idea what i could tell retentions/customer care to resolve this sit.
