Yeah pretty much, basically it's what the telesales guy promised me when I said I didn't want to pay regular price for the phone and was happy with my A900. I didn't ask for it, he offered it and confirmed it several times during our conversation when I signed a new two year agreement. 15 days later, I'm charged for the phone but the $150 credit is mysteriously missing! Now I'm only asking for what I was offered, it's really sleazy since he made me that offer even though I said I was happy with the A900 since I didn't wanna shell out huge bucks for any new phone. I had to call non stop from the 1st of Nov till today to get this issue kinda settled, now this wonderful B&T*H of a rep totally messed things up. Here goes another 10 hrs on the phone praying + waiting on hold for someone sensible to pick up and resolve the issue. Thanks Sprint...I love you guys...
