@#$@#%#$ Sprint Customer Service...AAAARGH!!!

I could kill and drink blood right now, Sprint customer service turns me into such a rage machine. I just spoke to a couple reps earlier today and they set my account up and I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor to get my $150 credit for buying the phone. Now I call to see why I haven't received a call from the supervisor yet and this B%#$H answers the phone, basically calls me a liar, mixed up my words and left a wonderful bunch of notes on the account for the next representative to read. Awesome! Now I'm going to have to start all over again, explaining things from scratch, thanks to this B*$#@$. This is EXACTLY why sprint is losing customers every hour, why can't they just be nice for a change? I was only asking what was promised to me by the tele sales rep. WOW just WOW, I can't believe how stuck up some people that work for sprint are. Yes this is a rant, mods please move this OT if you need to... Dumb @#$@#$@

On the other hand, I got a new touch pro from the store, 11/7 manufacture date...will report if it has any issues. Looks clean so far.
