It's not in the notes but it's voice recorded and in the tape when I signed the new two year agreement with the sly tele sales guy that lied to me. I put in 3 tape pull requests and hadn't heard from them yet. So I called today and they said they would give it to me through a supervisor who was going to call. So when I called to check on that the lady messed it all up...wonderful.
