@#$@#%#$ Sprint Customer Service...AAAARGH!!!
I could kill and drink blood right now, Sprint customer service turns me into such a rage machine. I just spoke to a couple reps earlier today and they set my account up and I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor to get my $150 credit for buying the phone. Now I call to see why I haven't received a call from the supervisor yet and this B%#$H answers the phone, basically calls me a liar, mixed up my words and left a wonderful bunch of notes on the account for the next representative to read. Awesome! Now I'm going to have to start all over again, explaining things from scratch, thanks to this B*$#@$. This is EXACTLY why sprint is losing customers every hour, why can't they just be nice for a change? I was only asking what was promised to me by the tele sales rep. WOW just WOW, I can't believe how stuck up some people that work for sprint are. Yes this is a rant, mods please move this OT if you need to...](*,) Dumb @#$@#$@
On the other hand, I got a new touch pro from the store, 11/7 manufacture date...will report if it has any issues. Looks clean so far. |

If you want something that is promised to you (and it is in your notes) then ask to be escalated to the EMT department. They resolved my issue saying that if it is in the notes then they HAVE to honor it.

It's not in the notes but it's voice recorded and in the tape when I signed the new two year agreement with the sly tele sales guy that lied to me. I put in 3 tape pull requests and hadn't heard from them yet. So I called today and they said they would give it to me through a supervisor who was going to call. So when I called to check on that the lady messed it all up...wonderful.

So this 150 off was on top of the 100 rebate already in place that brings it to 299? If so, why were they giving you that rebate or if its just 50 on top of the 100, same question to that. Just curious :)

Yeah pretty much, basically it's what the telesales guy promised me when I said I didn't want to pay regular price for the phone and was happy with my A900. I didn't ask for it, he offered it and confirmed it several times during our conversation when I signed a new two year agreement. 15 days later, I'm charged for the phone but the $150 credit is mysteriously missing! Now I'm only asking for what I was offered, it's really sleazy since he made me that offer even though I said I was happy with the A900 since I didn't wanna shell out huge bucks for any new phone. I had to call non stop from the 1st of Nov till today to get this issue kinda settled, now this wonderful B&T*H of a rep totally messed things up. Here goes another 10 hrs on the phone praying + waiting on hold for someone sensible to pick up and resolve the issue. Thanks Sprint...I love you guys...

Yes I do, I have his name but guess what, he gave me a fake Sprint ID. When I called back and asked for that ID they said it was invalid. That's just peachy.
