what department did you talk to and what did u say i find it hard the didnt offer you anythimg on my wifes phone she got the touch it had been swapped out four times and they at first didnt want to do anything after asking to speak to a manager the ysaid i could give that phone back and pay the difference for the diamond that took about 3 hours if one person tells u something u dont want to hear hang up and keep tring till u hear what u wont to hear

i have a recording of one of my phones calls with sprint.. i wish i new how to add sound on here it would be VERY helpful

hmm i can post screen shots of my bill.. i have over $500 in credits for random stupid things that sprint honestly has messed up on ... but i did get the pro for free, and got to keep the treo 800w i had previously

I called Retention. I told them my story. I told them the truth. Now I'm an ex-Sprint customer. I don't know what to tell you. I called a number of Sprint representatives. The best they could do for an 8 year customer was to give me the HTC Touch Pro for the same price as a new customer would get it for. That's not good enough for a phone that wasn't working reliably for me and given how much time I'd spent on this issue. I gave them numerous chances to make it right. So I just canceled.

unfortunatly i kinda don't believe that whatsoever.. i don't see this in any reps state of mind doing this, basically on the computer they see little money signs next to your name, is you have more than 2$$ signs then it's pretty much up to them to do whatever it takes to get you the phone, giving out phones for free is something that gets done every day MANY times a day, cant give exact numbers but it's close to say 200... why do you think their always on back order?

Why would I lie about this? That's a torturous detailed lie to make up. I can't prove it to you without giving you my account number and pin number.

Umm... here we go. A picture of a Centro next to my G1? Not sure what else I can say. The story is true. That's the best they said they could do. I didn't go into a rage. I tried to be polite and hope that in being polite, but stern they'd do the right thing to keep my business. I doubt T-Mobile is any better. But at least for today they're better because they aren't Sprint.

I called and hit the number for cancellations.. I asked to cancel my account.. She asked why.. I stated my current phone is not working correctly and the internet is very slow. She said nothing and to hold on while I process this for you. 1 minute later she was all done and said it would cancel next billing cycle. Now I am a verizon customer once again.. Hello storm and hello True MMS
