whats the best deal I can get from sprint?

I am not 100% satisfied with the pro. From the buildquality to the terrible low speaker, Sprint obly budge to gimme 2 pros for 299.99 each. Im only 15 months old on Sprint on sero.I tried email, e-chat, and retentionsand all said no to more discounts. It ticks me off that some ppl got the phone swaped out or given out for less than 300 dollars. Any sugbestions in my next approach? Will calling retention one more time and say "ship me a return kit for both pros and cancel" make em offer me the phone for cheaper price? Please dont flame me, I am innocent.!

Btw, I did ask for a swap,a addition credit,and even perks. They also said that my iphone excuse is not fair since its a older inferior handset. Then the final email from ecare was what I wanted to do with my account.
