I called Retention. I told them my story. I told them the truth. Now I'm an ex-Sprint customer. I don't know what to tell you. I called a number of Sprint representatives. The best they could do for an 8 year customer was to give me the HTC Touch Pro for the same price as a new customer would get it for. That's not good enough for a phone that wasn't working reliably for me and given how much time I'd spent on this issue. I gave them numerous chances to make it right. So I just canceled.
