Does anyone else have a crack in the chrome?

So far I'm impressed with the battery on this new unit. It's been unplugged since 8:45am and its now 2:15. I've used some data to check mail and rebooted the phone once. It's at 89% now. normally I would be at 80%. What makes the biggest difference is in the morning. After about 2 hours off the charger it would be at 95%. My older phone would be at 90% and If I reboot the percent jumps lower to about 80 something. This one will stay at the percentage it was on before and after reboot.

Those that are getting replacements: Does the newer Touch Pro have a darker chrome?

Tried swapping my phone today about the crack in the chrome and my battery draining to fast. First the lady drops my phone and then she says we don't fix cosmetic issues. I was like whatever and stayed calm after she dropped it. I figured I'm going to get a new one Right!!!
No luck got my old phone back with a new battery supposedly. I told her to check known issues but the system says that the cracks happen when the phone is dropped. Do you guys think I should try another sprint store? Or am I already in the system and screwed? Id be fine with scratches if I knew I caused them from dropping it or something. But I treat my phone real good.
