Dont even get me started about in store care, The sprint store on 38th in Tacoma WA needs to be shut down. The are rude and do not know their product, the tech service is a joke. You get told 30 min and you are there 2 hours. I have tried to exchange phones with known issues and they made it sound like it was my fault and the try to bill you for it, no matter if you have TEP or not. I take my issues to the Lakewood store, they at least treat you like a customer.

I got my replacement Touch Pro today. Unfortunately, it was a refurb. A call back to Customer Service and then Advanced Support told me that all I would get would be a refurb. I suppose I'm fine with that, as the chrome wasn't why I needed to exchange it in the first place. It has an original build date in January, and a refurb date in July.
I won't complain, as I'll be ditching it as soon as the Touch Pro 2 comes out. |
