I did contact support and they did request that I create the user account for them. I will get around to it soon, I seem to see the problem with all types of video's on my PC, using the default encoder DScaler that is installed with ORB, uninstalled it then re-installed the latest version, same results ;-( it seems to me that when the video starts to play that the A/V is in sync but after it buffers for the first time 70% chance that when it starts back up the A/V is out of sync... Maybe it is just the diamond/touch pro? You can actually see the picture jump back a few sec as it is paused waiting to rebuffer, when it starts playing again the audio starts where it left off but the picture goes back 1-2 seconds.
