I have diamond tweak installed on my phone. The dialer that is there, is the diamond dialer. By switching it to the WM Dialer it should speed remove the delay?

yes it should, although the stock WM dialer isn't half as nice looking.

Re: Ring delay with Incoming Call

yep that was it. remove the dialer skin and use the ugly stock skin and the rings are almost instant. How retarded... a phone of this caliber and price and a simple dialer skin causes it to bog down... Are there any other skins working on the TP? There was a great iphone skin I used on the mogul that I like better than the tf skin...

I used Diamond Tweak to choose WM "Phone pad style", is this the dialer? I don't see any change in mine when I choose the WM version.. just making sure I'm doing this right. I hate the ring delay too....

Re: Ring delay with Incoming Call

Deadwrong just download DIamond Tweaker here:

http://montecristoff.webs.com/download.htm

Wow that's crazy and never noticed it...

The WM Dialer does ring much quicker than the Diamond Dialer...luckily for me I came from a PPC 6700 to this phone so the WM Dialer is very familiar to me.
