How is this not a "biggie?" A bug takes control of your phone and dials someone. Seems pretty big to me.

I'm so glad I found this thread. This is my first touch screen phone and I thought I was just messing up when I was finding contacts by accidentally hitting some other key! Can't wait until there is a fix.

Mine does the same thing with the r dialing first contact.
I didn't notice until i was reading through and found this topic and tried it.

HTC really needs to fix this with a rom update or something. It's pretty damn annoying.

I contacted HTC about this. Basically, they said they will log it as an issue. They also told me to contact Sprint. I did, and the tech said I should exchange it at Best Buy (where I bought it) since I'm within my 30 days.
