Called sero telesales early yesterday morning and they quoted me full price. Account services offered me $150 off so she called AS and the guy i spoke to there said it was cool and she proceded to placing my order. Now I just need to stop being lazy and activate it

you guys getting it for $250, is your contract expired, BB is just retarded, or you reset your contract with sprint prior to going to BB?

I got my touch on 1-1-2008 hasnt even been a year. I'd like to jump on this.

They can't view your sero account, they have to call Sprint and do it the old fashioned way, then email someone to get credit for the contract extension, but it can be done. Thanks for the advice damn Worst Buy all the stores in my area are now sold out. I had a Lazy rep who did not want to go the extra mile as all of you have received service. Next Option is try calling tomorrow or Sunday for WB or going to Sprint on Sunday when Sprint stores have them. If I go that route if it gets to Sunday and no luck is it cheaper if i go through WB or Sprint?

This is what i want to know, i got my mogul on 2/14/08 and ecare wont help me at all, id definitely re-up for 2 more years on my SERO plan and trade in my mogul to get a pro on the cheap.

I had my mogul since July 2007. I got the full discount on the Touch Pro. I'm on SERO so I guess those plans you get the 2 yr extension price after 1 yr.

Well went to a BB store where they had 17 phones available and talked to the sales rep he didnt understand why the account did not come up on the pc. I told him you have to call sprint so he calls sprint (at the same time texting a co-worker) and they are going to tell him what to do and how to resolve it. His friend calls him back and tells him he has to ask his manager about it he has more info. Manager comes and tells me he cannot do it or else the store will be fined by sprint since they are not authorized to upgrade employee accounts. Long Story short still no Touch Pro. Will try again tomorrow.

You can get a TP from BB if you have sero they have to call the help desk not sprint and let them know you need to to a manual upgrade or sign up because of your account it will take one or two people before you acutally get one that knows what there doing

Went to BB first day they were selling. Since I had been waiting for this phone to come out before I signed back on for 2 more years, I was eligible for the deepest discounts! Got the phone for 213.99 after 20% BB discount, and Sprint $50.00 credit. Sero 1250/Everything else Unlimited! Untouched.

Went over to Best Buy. My phone number worked as being upgrade eligible in their system. When they started to do the upgrade he had to call it it, but it was no stress. The phone activation took no time at all. My account was schedule to expire in December.

Them finding the 20% coupon, that's another story entirely.
