SERO account holders, how'd you get your TP?

It seems the only way for SERO account holders to properly get the TP is by going thru EPRP 1888824030 (OLD SERO) as they are the only ones able to add/edit our accounts. Telesales has to sell them at full price, and most say they can't order it for SERO even if they want to.

Well I got my Diamond thru Account Services, exchanged a faulty one at a corporate store, then later returned the exchange for a refund at the same store.

Now the store manager at another store says he can't sell me any phone thru the store being on SERO..

Anyone else having to deal with this?

I got mine at Best Buy, no problems.

I'm on SERO and I got the TP yesterday through the number you mentioned. I was having some issues with my Mogul and this was considered an exchange, pay the price difference, etc. Didn't have any problems at all, except they couldn't accept the old email address that I had used, and I had to find another customer's email address and id to successfully process the order.

Bought mine at Best Buy without any problems. The BB employee even asked the Sprint person what kind of account I had.

Called 1800SPRINT1, they said ahh you are an emlpoyee one sec, transferred me to employee sales, they verified my SERO account (with an employee email and ID like you need for SEP now..) and that was all. Phone was shipped overnight and I am playing with it now... see 0 problems so far!

Got mine from BB and the rep was like, surely you pay more than that, when he saw the screen and it said 30$ for the plan.
It works great. Navigation and everything.

They didn't ask me, nor could they pull me up on the computer.
