I pulled it off of my orders off the sprint website.. I only got a confirm that my order was placed and that I can get the status of it through the website.. just kept checking and then a tracking # showed up.

I received the tracking number via email this afternoon and it's also posted on my order history. The email also said estimated delivery date: Nov 4th!
So I guess i got next day delivery. |

Oh ok, well I don't have anything showing up under my order history at the moment but they said I should receive the phone in 24 hours.

Unfreaking believable, I just got off the phone with sprint and even though I received an email from ecare stating that it was ordered and overnighted it was never actually ordered in the first place. I mean I noticed everyone else receiving order numbers and tracking but I didnt get anything so I decided to call and get it but no one had anything in the system showing that it was ever ordered, anyway after 2 hours tonight I think I got it fixed but I wont get the phone until thursday.

Retensions was terrific . They reversed themselves and did honor there promise as they originally made. Sprint comes through again . That is why I have stayed 10 + yrs.
