Okay how do you guys get it ordered? casue they keep telling me its not avaialble to order till sunday and I am reading everywhere people have ordered it.

the sprint stores should be selling the phone on sunday ... nov 2nd ...
telesales and retentions are selling the phone as well... unless they sold out currently and are taking no more orders ...?
before u give them your TN which is linked to a sero account.. just ask them if they are still taking orders for the touch pro .. maybe they are not taking orders for the sero holders...

well they told me theynever were taking any orders and the computer wont let them order til then. non-sero account.

I was told from retentions that they cannot order the phone, only telesales can. And telesales told me they can't review notes from retentions (showing that retentions said I could have a $100 credit). How stupid. I just emailed customer care.
