I called 1800SPRINT1, they looked at my account and transferred me to employee services.

At emlpoyee services they said "I see you are a SERO customer can you please provide me with an emlpoyee e-mail address and ID?" I gave them one and that was it, she happily ordered me one.

What's an ID? I only have an employee email.

And, yesterday they were telling me I wasn't a SERO customer. They say my plan shows up as a fair and flexible plan. But then I'm told here that the 500 fair and flexible plan IS a SERO plan. So how do I tell them that? When I tired, they told me it must be some type of typo, but they didn't seem to concerned about correcting it.

Alright here's my story and tempting to jump...but not quite sure yet.

I'm on SERO since 1/1/2008 and called in to check, the agent said that I am eligible for upgrade and willing to give me an instant saving of $200, and also the $100 MIR. That will make the price for the phone is $579.99 - $200 - $100 = $279.99 + tax.

It's still a little steep for my wallet, so not sure if I want to wait out for the next version of Touch which is the HD one. I currently have the HTC Touch and it's been OK so far, but corrupted SD card is a big issue for me though.

the biggest things to think about is the touch HD has a bigger screen , does not have keyboard.... and will be out who knows... at least 6 months from now ... i know myself.. i had the touch and i need a keyboard.. pro it is !... my favorite keyboard are the ones on the treos... and blackberrys but none out that are working magic at the moment

Yeah, I know about the keyboard thing, but thing is I am ok without a physical keyboard as I am getting very fluent with the on-screen kb. Matter of fact, I used to have the mogul and I very rarely use the physical keyboard.

I got mine.. even swap.. seding back a Touch from about a year ago and getting a Touch pro.

I think it all depends are who you get when calling, cuz some reps say its not available yet, some reps say the pro is available. I guess you just have to keep calling till you get a rep that will take your order for the pro. the deals all depend on the rep. some reps are just *******s and wont give u ****.
