I HATE companies that outsource. If any of the cellular carriers DIDN'T, I'd switch to them on that basis alone.

I honestly cannot ever remember talking to an offshore person in the 10 years I was with verizon.

Price of Touch pro is $579.99 without a contract renewal and $399.99 with 2 yr contract and $100 mail in rebate.

Man I got my Mogul replced with a diamond for $50 and now Im working with executive escalations to replace my DIAMOND to the PRO but they said they cannot do it because the PRO cost much more.. WTF $30 is a HUGE difference????

Just sold my 800W on CL for $200......I got it free ($199 pm to BB at Sprint Store,sent in rebate and they sent me $200)......so got the Touch Pro for $54 more at BestBuy using the 20% off all smartphones deal they have going til Nov 1st. Been playing with it last couple days.So far like it better than the 800W.....would like it more if screen was same size as phone and phone was thinner.

My store just got 2 in today. 1 for demo and i sold the other to a customer. It posted the correct amount and the customer was so

I just ordered through telesales tonite. I wasn't even eligible for an 2yr $150 upgrade till monday, but the rep gave me a better deal if i ordered tonite. They gave me the $299.99 price after $100 mail-in-rebate, plus free activation, plus $25 credit on my account on a 2yr upgrade. The rep said i will receive the phone on monday, but u never know.
